Sales & Purchasing Assistant

ELNOVIS Electrical is a trading company of cables, electrical and electronic components serving the Greek and international marine industry. We are looking to hire a Sales & Purchasing Assistant for our premises in Tavros, Greece.

 

Job Description

• Maintain contact with existing customers

• Send Quotations to customers/prospects & Follow up on them

• Close sales – Order Confirmations, arrange deliveries and Invoicing

• Send Requests for Quotation and Purchase Orders to suppliers

• ERP Data Entry / new items, new customers, new suppliers

 

Please note: All business correspondence and part of the internal correspondence will be handled in English

 

Required qualifications

• BA in Economics or Electrical Engineering

• Excellent knowledge of the English language – Business correspondence and internal communication will be in English

• Good knowledge of MS Office suite

• Previous experience using any ERP System

• Strong communication skills especially in written English

• Organization skills

• Military service fulfilled for male candidates

 

Desired qualifications

• Previous experience in a commercial role, preferably in B2B

• Knowledge of the Spanish language

• Keen on learning about marine electrical equipment and components
